1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00

• Check-out: from 08:00 to 11:00

• Guests must present a valid photo ID and a credit card at check-in.

• Guests must inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance.

2. Special Requests

• Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Requests can be added at the time of booking or communicated directly to the property.

3. Cancellation & Prepayment

• Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the selected rate and accommodation type.

• Please review the specific conditions applicable to your booking before confirming your reservation.

4. Children & Extra Beds

• Children of all ages are welcome.

• Children 11 years and older are charged as adults.

Extra Bed & Cot Policy

• 0–2 years: Cot available on request — €10 per child, per night

• 3–10 years: Extra bed on request — €30 per child, per night

• 11+ years: Extra bed on request — €50 per person, per night

Extra beds and cots are not included in the room rate and must be paid separately during the stay.
Availability depends on the selected accommodation.

5. Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

6. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
